The synchronous heating stress deformation control system comprises annular electromagnetic induction heating units, wherein the multiple layers of annular electromagnetic induction heating units are stacked to form a heating cylinder; each layer of heating units is connected to a computer and independently controlled; the inner side of each layer of annular electromagnetic induction heating units is connected with temperature sensors; the interior of the heating cylinder is a working area; the upper end of a lifter is connected with a horizontal workbench; a base plate is assembled on the horizontal workbench; and a six-axis robot carries out additive manufacturing on the base plate.
