The invention provides a method for removing process burrs of an array structure machined part. A blank part is subjected to material removal machining to obtain the array structure machined part; the array structure machined part comprises multiple sub-array machined parts which are arranged in an array mode; and the process burrs are reserved on the top faces of the multiple sub-array machined parts. The method for removing the process burrs of the array structure machined part comprises the following steps: a first deburring process, wherein plane machining is conducted on the top faces of the multiple sub-array machined parts in the first direction; an empty feed deburring process comprising the step that empty feed machining is conducted around the side walls of the multiple sub-array machined parts; and a second deburring process comprising the step that plane machining is conducted on the top faces of the multiple sub-array machined parts in the reverse direction of the first direction.
