The remediation method comprises the following steps of: pretreating a lindane-cadmium polluted farmland to be remediated; applying a base fertilizer into the pretreated farmland soil; well mixing the base fertilizer and the farmland soil, performing manual ridging, and optimizing the ridges; determining the varieties of hyperaccumulators and crops, and adding a microbial agent into the soil of a planting area; conducting daily management on the hyperaccumulators and crops till harvesting is conducted in the mature period; and measuring the yield and pollution concentration of the harvested crops, the pollution concentration of the hyperaccumulators and the pollution concentration of the soil.
