Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an on-line obstacle crossing walking device and an inspection robot. The on-line obstacle crossing walking device comprises an obstacle crossing control mechanism, a first walking mechanism and a second walking mechanism, wherein the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism are connected with the obstacle crossing control mechanism, and the obstacle crossing control mechanism is used for controlling opening and closing of the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism; and the connecting portion of at least one of the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism and the obstacle crossing control mechanism is arranged to be an elastic structure, and the elastic structure is used for opening the first walking mechanism and/or the second walking mechanism under the action of external force to as to make the first walking mechanism and/or the second walking mechanism separated from a line. The inspection robot comprises a robot body and at least tw
