The electrode comprises a group electrode, the group electrode is composed of a plurality of sub-electrodes, and each sub-electrode is provided with a liquid inlet end and a discharge end; each sub-electrode is wrapped by an insulating layer and is communicated with a carbon fiber conductor, the carbon fiber conductor is communicated with a power connection end, and the power connection ends of the sub-electrodes are communicated with each other and are connected with a common power connection end.
