The system comprises a data acquisition unit, a data processing unit, an outpatient service analysis unit, a hospitalization analysis unit and a database. The data acquisition unit is used for acquiring business data of each independent subsystem associated with a hospital; the data processing unit is used for standardizing the acquired business data to obtain structured data stored in a database; the outpatient service analysis unit is used for analyzing the multi-dimensional data associated with the outpatient service in the database, obtaining an outpatient service analysis result and displaying the outpatient service analysis result; and the hospitalization analysis unit is used for analyzing the multi-dimensional data associated with hospitalization in the database, obtaining a hospitalization analysis result and displaying the hospitalization analysis result.
