Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for acquiring the strength safety coefficient of a centrifugal impeller. The method solves the problems that when an existing calculation method is used for calculation, a solver iterates repeatedly, consumed time is long, many calculation resources are occupied, the strength safety of the impeller cannot be obtained quickly, and the design efficiency of the impeller is affected. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing an impeller elastic-plastic finite element calculation model; 2) carrying out statistical analysis on a plastic strain limit value; 3) establishing a relationship between plastic strain and elastic stress; 4) calculating an elastic stress limit value sigmalim of the impeller; 5) calculating the elastic stress of the impeller; 6) calculating a safety coefficient n; and 7) comparing the safety coefficient n with a preset value, and finally obtaining the safety of the impeller.
