The method comprises: obtaining the pipe diameter of a water pipe; defining a virtual boundary based on the pipe diameter of the water pipe and applying a heat insulation condition, and establishing an annular single-pipe influence domain independent model; based on the annular single-tube influence domain independent model, collocating points on the influence domain by using a local radial basis function collocation method and constructing a solving equation, and obtaining a temperature field near a tube wall; based on a temperature field near the pipe wall, introducing an equivalent function and an equivalent parameter for calculation to obtain a circle center equivalent temperature; based on the equivalent temperature of the circle center, solving the test area model through a self-corrected decoupling model; and performing temperature field prediction on the test area
