The refrigeration control method comprises the following steps that the stored object temperature judgment value T of the compartment is deduced by adopting the temperature judgment method; a corresponding control strategy contrast relation table is acquired according to the function type of the compartment; and a corresponding refrigeration strategy is obtained from the control strategy contrast relation table according to the stored object temperature judgment value T.
