The invention relates to an unloading non-stop control method for an oxygen production air compressor of a passenger train during passing a neutral section. The method comprises the steps that when a train is about to enter the neutral section, a train system sends out a neutral section forecasting signal, and an emergency power supply supplies power to the oxygen production air compressor through an inverter; meanwhile, a pressure relief electromagnetic valve arranged at an exhaust port of the oxygen production air compressor is opened, and the air compressor runs in a no-load mode; and when the vehicle drives out of the neutral section and a train power supply is detected, the emergency power supply is switched off, the train power supply supplies power to the oxygen generation air compressor through the inverter, meanwhile, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is switched off, the oxygen generation air compressor stops the no-load running state, and compressed air for oxygen generation starts to be re
