The invention provides a plateau power lifting control system of a diesel engine and equipment. The system comprises a combustion system module, a supercharging system module, a starting working condition module, a normal operation working condition module, a power cut-off supercharging control module and an engine variable working condition correction module, wherein the combustion system module is used for calculating engine detonation pressure; the supercharging system module is used for obtaining the compressor outlet temperature of a supercharger, the exhaust manifold temperature, the rotating speed of the supercharger and the surge allowance of the supercharger; the starting working condition module is used for starting the diesel engine by adopting an open-loop control mode; the normal operation working condition module is used for controlling the low-speed working condition, the high-speed working condition and the high-load working condition of the diesel engine; the power cut-off supercharging contr
