Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an anti-bonding method for a blast furnace slag chute. The anti-bonding method comprises the following steps: coating a chute with an anti-bonding coating, wherein the anti-bonding coating is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-50% of carbonized slag dedusting ash, 20-30% of quick lime, 20-30% of waste graphite electrode powder, 1-5% of fluorite powder and 3-5% of an additive; and after the raw materials are evenly mixed, adding water to prepare slurry, spraying the slurry on the surface of the slag turning chute, controlling the spraying thickness to be 2-6 mm, and conducting standing for 1-5 h after spraying.
