The invention provides a heat dissipation assembly and an aircraft wheel. The heat dissipation assembly comprises two annular pieces and a plurality of blades; the two annular pieces are respectively a first annular piece and a second annular piece; circular openings are formed in the two ends of each annular piece, the second annular piece is sleeved with the first annular piece, and the center lines of the two annular pieces are located on the same straight line; the multiple blades are arranged between the first end of the first annular piece and the first end of the second annular piece at intervals. When the heat dissipation assembly is rotated, air outside the heat dissipation assembly is driven by the blades to flow in the direction perpendicular to the surfaces of the blades, and airflow flowing from the first end of the second annular piece to the second end of the second annular piece is generated in the second annular piece.
