Zusammenfassung:A vehicle on-board control device (130) switches the operating condition of a vehicle on-board system (100) from a normal condition to a partial confirmation condition when a cyber attack has been detected in a portion of a plurality of driving control devices (110, 120). The normal condition is an operating condition in which automatic driving is performed using at least one of the plurality of driving control devices.
