The system comprises a server and a plurality of fuel gas alarms, and the plurality of fuel gas alarms are in communication connection with the server; each fuel gas alarm is used for collecting current environment data, output voltage of the infrared gas sensor and fuel gas concentration, constructing the environment data, the output voltage and the fuel gas concentration collected at the same moment into a data sample and uploading the data sample to the server; the server performs machine learning according to the data samples uploaded by the fuel gas alarms, updates the network model of the correction coefficients, and issues model parameters of the network model of the correction coefficients to the fuel gas alarms; and each fuel gas alarm receives the model parameters issued by the server, and updates the stored network model of the correction coefficient based on the model parameters.
