Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a training method which is used for constructing a welding quality judgment model and comprises the steps of receiving a historical welding signal sequence, wherein the historical welding signal sequence comprises acquisition of a set of plasma, backlight reflection and temperature data around a weld assembly molten pool or the weld assembly molten pool; preprocessing the historical welding signal sequence to form a filtering signal; labeling the filtered signals to form a training set; and forming a judgment model according to the filtering signal, the training set and a preset reasoning component. In the training method, the historical welding signal sequence is used for reflecting the welding process, and the formed judgment model is used for judging the welding quality in the welding process, so that the detection result is closer to the actual welding condition, and the authenticity and accuracy of welding quality detection are improved.
