The HPLC fingerprint spectrum of the heart-regulating and lipid-lowering tablet is established, 32 common peaks are determined, all 8 medicinal materials are covered, 26 common peak components are identified by adopting a high-resolution mass spectrometry technology, and 13 chemical components are further confirmed by comparison of a reference substance. The fingerprint spectrum method established by the invention is simple, convenient, reliable and high in specificity, provides a method and a scientific basis for quality evaluation of ZJT, and also provides a reference for further fundamental research of pharmacodynamic substances of the preparation in the future. 本发明属于涉及正心降脂片的指纹图谱及其在质量控制中的应用，本发明建立了正心降脂片的HPLC指纹图谱，确定了32个共有峰，涵盖了全部的8味药材，并采用高分辨质谱技术鉴定了其中26个共有峰成分，采用对照品比对进一步确认了其中13个化学成分。本发明所建立的指纹图谱方法简便、可靠，专属性强，为ZJT的质量评价提供了方法和科学依据，同时也为该制剂今后进一步的药效物质基础研究提供了参考。
