According to the organic phase-change microcapsule, a dispersant aqueous solution, methyl methacrylate, a cross-linking agent, an initiator, modified silicon nitride and a C14-C25 straight-chain alkane are directly mixed uniformly, and are subjected to reaction polymerization, and by adjusting the reaction conditions and dosage and uniformly grafting the modified silicon nitride on the surface of the organic shell, the heat-conducting property of the organic shell is improved, and finally the purpose of improving the thermal property of the microcapsule is achieved.
