Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a foliar fertilizer for increasing the anthocyanin content of fruits and application of the foliar fertilizer, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural foliar fertilizers. The foliar fertilizer comprises urea, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium sulfate, brown sugar, boric acid, phenylalanine, glutamic acid, lysine, a wet spreading agent and water. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate promotes metabolism of cells, increases the flowering rate and fruit setting rate of crops, and increases the sugar content and the vitamin content. Potassium sulfate can promote fruits of fruit trees to expand and color and increase the sugar content. Brown sugar can generate osmotic stress on plant cells to induce synthesis of plant anthocyanin, promote formation of anthocyanin in fruits, promote photosynthesis of leaves, increase leaf surface photosynthetic products and improve fruit quality.
