The intumescent corrosion-resistant admixture is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40-60% of fly ash, 20-40% of slag powder, 5-15% of light calcined magnesia, 5-10% of a calcium oxide expanding agent, 1-2% of gypsum and 0.015-0.03% of sodium hexametaphosphate. According to the intumescentanti-corrosion admixture prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, all the components are matched with one another, so that the defect of single doping of a single component can be overcome, and the crack resistance, the mechanical property and the durability of concrete are comprehensively improved. 本发明提供了一种膨胀型抗蚀掺合料及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。所述膨胀型抗蚀掺合料由以下质量百分比的原料制成:40~60%粉煤灰,20~40%矿渣粉,5~15%轻烧氧化镁,5~10%氧化钙类膨胀剂,1~2%石膏,0.015~0.03%六偏磷酸钠。本发明制备的膨胀型抗蚀掺合料通过各组分的相互配合,可以弥补单一组分单掺的缺点,综合提高混凝土的抗裂性能、力学性能和耐久性能。
