Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an electron beam welding structure enhancing method for a titanium alloy supporting plate. The titanium alloy supporting plate is provided with a cavity structure. The method specifically comprises the following steps of determining the position of a reinforcing rib, carrying out drilling, repairing and assembling the reinforcing rib, cleaning the titanium alloy supporting plate and the reinforcing rib, positioning the reinforcing rib by argon arc welding, carrying out welding by electron beams, carrying out repairing by pincers, and removing the welding residual stress of the titanium alloy supporting plate by using ultrasonic waves.
