Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an application of astragalus smicus glycoside to muscle oxidative injury repair, and particularly relates to an application of the astragalus smicus glycoside to reduction of liver injury caused by exhaustive movement, namely reduction of activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase. Besides, the astragalus smicus glycoside is applied to enhancement of the antioxidant function of exhaustive exercise, namely, the scavenging capacity of hydroxyl free radicals and the scavenging capacity of superoxide anions are enhanced, and GSH-Px activity, GR enzyme activity, SOD enzyme activity and GSH enzyme activity are improved; and the invention relates to an application of the astragalus smicus glycoside to up-regulation of Nrf2 and downstream gene mRNA and protein expression thereof.
