Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a thrombus aspiration assembly, and belongs to the field of medical instruments, the thrombus aspiration assembly comprises an aspiration catheter, the aspiration catheter comprises an aspiration catheter body, at least one part of the outer surface of the aspiration catheter body is provided with a lubricating coating, the lubricating coating is a hydrophilic coating and/or a hydrophobic coating, an active expansion tube section is arranged at a far-end port of the aspiration catheter body, the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the active expansion tube section before expansion are not larger than the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the aspiration catheter body, and the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the active expansion tube section after expansion are larger than the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the aspiration catheter body. The active expansion tube section is arranged at the far end, so that the far end of the aspiration catheter body can expa
