Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a reverse irrigation prevention circuit based on field effect transistors. In the circuit, a first field-effect transistor and a second field-effecttransistor are respectively connected in series with a first positive bus and a second positive bus. A first bus comparison control module controls the first field effect transistor to be switched on when the first sampling voltage is greater than or equal to the second sampling voltage and the first sampling voltage is greater than or equal to the output sampling voltage, and controls the first field effect transistor to be switched off when the first sampling voltage is smaller than the second sampling voltage or smaller than the output sampling voltage; and a second bus comparison control module controls the second field effect transistor to be switched on when the second sampling voltage is larger than or equal to the first sampling voltage and larger than or equal to the output sampling voltage, and controls the second field effect tra
