The IPD phase shifter chip comprises a chip floor, a chip medium, a capacitor and an inductor, and the chip comprises a high-pass path and a low-pass path. The high-pass path is in a reference state and comprises a first capacitor, a fourth capacitor, a first inductor, a second inductor, a first chip bonding pad, a third chip bonding pad and a first grounding via hole. The low-pass path is in a phase shift state and comprises a second capacitor, a third capacitor, a third inductor, a fourth inductor, a second chip bonding pad, a fourth grounding bonding pad, a second grounding via hole, a third grounding via hole and a fourth grounding via hole.
