Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cam shaft grinding depth parameter optimization method which comprises the following steps: determining tensile strength, fatigue stress amplitude and stress ratio according to the material type of a service cam shaft; obtaining samples with different grinding depths according to a camshaft grinding process; characterizing the samples with different grinding depths, and constructing a numerical relationship model between the surface roughness and the grinding depth and a numerical relationship model between the residual stress and the grinding depth; and according to a Goodman formula and a Basquin formula, building a relation model between the fatigue life and the grinding depth in combination with the numerical relation model, calculating the fatigue life of the camshaft under different grinding depths through the model, and also obtaining the optimal grinding depth corresponding to the camshaft with the highest fatigue life.
