The method comprises the following steps: acquiring current user information; obtaining a contract file to be compared; screening candidate files from the to-be-screened files according to the to-be-compared contract files and pre-configured contract screening conditions to obtain a candidate file list; performing similarity matching on each candidate file and the contract file to be compared to obtain a target contract file; comparing the target contract file with the contract file to be compared, obtaining a comparison result, wherein the comparison result is used for being displayed on a user interface of a terminal when a query request of the contract comparison result sent by the terminal is received.
