The data processing method comprises the steps of receiving a data processing request; executing the data processing request by a normal process to obtain first data, wherein the first data comprises a normal process operation identifier; when the normal process is abnormal, executing the data processing request by a degradation process to obtain second data, wherein the second data comprises a degradation process operation identifier; when the data is written into the database, extracting the identifiers in the first data and the second data, using the second data with the identifier as the degradation process operation identifier as effective data to be written into the database. The data generated by the normal process and the data generated by the degradation process are distinguished through the identifier, so that the data are distinguished, only valid data are written into the database when the data are written
