The method comprises the following steps of preparing a test solution; establishing an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection program, and obtaining the original data of the chromatography-mass spectrometry total ion flow; and matching the target components according to the original data of the chromatography-mass spectrometry total ion flow, and carrying out rapid structure identification by combining and comparing the chromatography retention time, accurate relative molecular mass and the fragment ion fragment information so as to realize the qualitative determination of the chemical components in the chamomile.
