The temperature compensation structure comprises a first adjusting body and a second adjusting body which are oppositely and fixedly arranged, the first adjusting body and the second adjusting body are used for jointly fixing an optical fiber with prestress from the two ends, and a grating is arranged at the position, between the first adjusting body and the second adjusting body, of the optical fiber; the length and the thermal expansion coefficient of a first adjusting section at the first adjusting body are L1 and alpha1 respectively, the length and the thermal expansion coefficient of the grating are L2 and alpha2 respectively, the length and the thermal expansion coefficient of a second adjusting section at the second adjusting body are L3 and alpha3 respectively, and the following relation is met: alpha1*L1 = alpha |
