The invention discloses a method for replacing carbon neutralization with building material industrial fuel. The method comprises the following steps that hydrogen, an atomic absorbent, inert gas, an oxygen regulator and a modified slow-burning agent are introduced into a burner, correspondingly sprayed out from different channels of the burner, and mixed and burnt outside a nozzle of the burner to obtain stable flame with adjustable length.
