Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a surface treatment method for a threaded fastener. The surface treatment method for a threaded fastener comprises the following steps of: (1) putting the threaded fastener into a heating furnace, and removing oil on the threaded fastener; (2) cleaning oxides on the threaded fastener by using a pickling solution; (3) cleaning an acid solution on the surface of a bolt workpiece through purified water; (4) putting the threaded fastener into an activating solution to be activated; (5) soaking the threaded fastener in a zinc-nickel alloy plating solution to be electroplated; (6) performing hydrogen removal treatment on the threaded fastener; (7) performing passivating treatment on the threaded fastener; and (8) soaking the threaded fastener in a treating solution for 1-3 min, then taking out and drying at the temperature of 60 DEG C, and forming a protective layer.
