The high-pressure alkaline leaching method comprises the following steps that ground high-silicon cobalt sulfide copper ore and an alkaline solution or alkaline slurry are correspondingly added into a high-pressure kettle, heating is carried out to 90-100 DEG C, oxygen is introduced, continuously heating is carried out to a leaching temperature, and high-pressure alkaline leaching is carried out to obtain a leachate; and solid-liquid separation is carried out on the leachate to correspondingly obtain leaching residues and copper-cobalt-containing filtrate.
