A nucleic acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 provided by the invention can be efficiently transcribed and expressed in a eukaryotic expression system, has immunogenicity and is expressed in humoral immunity and cellular immunologic response, and a nucleic acid vaccine taking the nucleic acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 as an active component also has good immunogenicity.
