Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an application of a wasabi seed extract in preparation of a medicine for inhibiting a bacterial quorum sensing system, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicine. The wasabi seed extract can effectively inhibit a las signal channel and a pqs signal channel in a pseudomonas aeruginosa quorum sensing system, so that secretion of elastase and pyocyanin is inhibited; meanwhile, growth of pseudomonas aeruginosa is not inhibited, and the pseudomonas aeruginosa is not prone to drug resistance; and in addition, the wasabi seeds are natural substances and have low toxicity and side effects, and the wasabi seeds can be independently used and can further be used as an adjuvant therapeutic agent of antibiotics to achieve the purpose of preventing and treating bacterial infection. 本发明公开了一种山葵籽提取物在制备抑制细菌群体感应系统药物中的应用;山葵籽提取物可有效抑制铜绿假单胞菌群体感应系统中las信号通路和pqs信号通路,从而抑制弹性蛋白酶以及绿脓菌素的分泌,同时不抑制铜绿假单胞菌的生长,使得铜绿假单胞菌不易产生耐药性。另外,山葵籽是天然物质,其毒性和副作用很低,山葵籽可以单独使用,也可以作为抗生素的辅助治疗剂达到防治细菌感染的目的;属于生物医药技术领域。
