The preparation method of the polyphenol compound comprises the following steps: 1) preparing degreased powder: mixing cereal powder with n-hexane, performing stirring, performing standing, performing filtering, collecting precipitate, and performing drying to obtain the degreased powder; 2) performing high-speed shearing extraction: placing the degreased powder in ethanol for oscillation extraction, performing shearing by a high-speed shearing machine, performing centrifuging, collecting supernate, rotating an evaporator, and performing freeze-drying to obtain freeze-dried powder; and 3) performing separation and purification: filtering the freeze-dried powder through a solid-phase extraction instrument, injecting the freeze-dried powder into a preparative high performance liquid chromatography system, and collecting fractions within 3-
