Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of separation and extraction of effective components of natural products, and particularly relates to a preparation method of chili seasoning oil. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1.1, treating raw materials; 1.2, performing air drying; 1.3, performing crushing; 1.4, performing soaking; 1.5, performing residue-liquid separation; 1.6, performing settling filtration; 1.7, performing oil-water separation; 1.8, performing dehydration; 1.9, performing mixing and blending; and 1.10, performing filling. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, fresh chilies are used as raw materials, edible vegetable oil is used for leaching and extraction at low temperature, and the chili seasoning oil is prepared through residue-liquid separation, settling filtration, oil-water separation, dehydration, blending and mixing, and filling; the chili seasoning oil is free from any additives, low-temperature leaching avoids generation of carcinoge
