The device comprises a data storage module, a parallel frame searching module, a dislocation detection module and a verification module. The data storage module stores original data and outputs the original data to the parallel frame searching module; the parallel frame searching module searches correct data link frames from the data storage module by using the dislocation detection module and the verification module; the dislocation detection module is used for judging whether the current data frame is dislocated or not and judging the specific dislocation condition by utilizing a frame header detection technology; and the verification module performs parallel HEC verification on the frame length and the frame verification field.
