Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method and a device for predicting the time-of-arrival, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining user order information which comprises destination information, determining an order path based on the destination information, and determining the predicted time-of-arrival of each road segment node in the order path through employing a multi-quantile method; and adding the time-of-arrival of each road section node to obtain a predicted time-of-arrival corresponding to the user order information. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the order path, namely the path of the commodity from the merchant warehouse to the destination appointed by the user, can be confirmed through the user order information, the predicted time-of-arrival of each road segment node in the order path is determined by using the quantile, the predicted time-of-arrival of each road segment is implemented, and the predicted time-of-arrival of each road segment node is added to obta
