According to the invention, an ultrasonic phased array live-line detection technology is adopted, the positions and states of internal devices can be detected when the oil insulation transformer is in a live-line operation state, measurement is carried out according to different sound wave reflection depths and interface echoes, and state sensing of the internal devices of the oil insulation transformer is realiz
