The detection method comprises the steps that a pipeline sample is provided, the pipeline sample comprises a pipe wall of a steel pipe and a three-layer anti-corrosion structure, and the three-layer anti-corrosion structure comprises an epoxy powder layer, an adhesive layer and a polyolefin layer which are sequentially coated on the surface of the steel pipe; the freezing and thawing test is repeatedly conducted on the pipeline sample until set conditions are met, and the freezing and thawing test comprises the steps that freezing, constant-temperature water bath and standing are conducted on the pipeline sample in sequence; and whether the performance of the three-layer anti-corrosion structure is qualified or not is determined according to the structure subjected to the freeze-thaw test.
