The preparation method comprises the following steps: obtaining TiO2NTs, preparing Ab2/CC/MNPs, preparing an Ab2/CC/MNPs/Ab1/TiO2NTs electrode, and constructing the electrochemiluminescence biosensor for detecting ulinastatin.
