Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a 3D tumor holoantigen induced and activated CTL (cytotoxic T lymphocyte) cells in-vitro amplification culture method which comprises the following steps: step 1, on the first day, putting peripheral blood mononuclear cells into a culture medium containing IL-2, lymphoblastic activating factors and autoserum for culture; step 2, on the third day, adding into a culture medium containing the IL-2, 3D tumor holoantigen and the autoserum, and carrying out induction activation culture; step 3, on the fifth day, adding into a culture medium containing the IL-2, T cell double-signal activating factors and the autoserum, and carrying out activation proliferation culture; and step 4, quantitatively adding a culture medium containing the IL-2, OKT-3 and inactivated fetal calf serum every two days from the seventh day to the fifteenth day, and carrying out multiplication culture on the cytotoxic T cells. According to the method disclosed by the invention, 60-120 times of amplified CTL cells can be |
