Zusammenfassung:The invention provides application of GZQGFLBZS in relieving hypoxia/reoxygenation injury of renal tubular epithelial cells, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicines and molecular biology. By means of the application, it is proved that the GZQGFLBZS has a protection effect on H/R injury of renal proximal renal tubule HK-2 cells, further researches are carried out on a mechanism of the GZQGFLBZS, and it is proved that the GZQGFLBZS protects the HK-2 cells from H/R injury by activating a PI3K/Akt/eNOS pathway and inhibiting an MAPKs pathway, so that the GZQGFLBZS can be used as an H/R induced renal tubular epithelial cell repairing agent, and the GZQGFLBZS can be further used for basic scientific research and has good practical application value. 本发明提供桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤在减轻肾小管上皮细胞缺氧/复氧损伤中的应用,属于生物医药和分子生物学技术领域。本发明证明了桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤对肾近端肾小管HK-2细胞的H/R损伤具有保护作用,并进一步对其机制进行了研究,证实了GZQGFLBZS通过激活PI3K/Akt/eNOS通路和抑制MAPKs通路来保护HK-2细胞免受H/R损伤,因此可作为H/R诱导的肾小管上皮细胞修复剂使用,进而可用于基础科学研究,具有良好的实际应用之价值。
