The coupling coil is wound from outside to inside, the coupling coil is segmented into N segments, a wire inlet end is connected with a first capacitor, an ith compensation capacitor is connected between an (i-1) th segment of coupling coil and an ith segment of coupling coil, and i is greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to N; and the ith section of coupling coil and the ith compensation capacitor resonate. Each segmented coil is provided with a series compensation capacitor for resonance compensation. According to the wireless charging coupling coil for the electric vehicle, after the coupling coil is segmented, the voltage of each segment of the coil of the system is reduced, the displacement current of the aluminum plate is reduced, the induced voltage of the aluminum plate is reduced, and the electromagnetic disturbance is reduced, so that the safe operation of the wireless charging system f
