The invention provides a page element selection method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that for any page, in response to the detected sliding selection operation in the page, a selection point set in a sliding track generated by the sliding selection operation is obtained, and the selection point set at least comprises one selection point; for each selection point, a first element corresponding to the selection point in the page is obtained, the weight of the first element corresponding to the selection point is determined, and the first element at least comprises a second element which is below the selection point and is located at the highest level; and for each element in the page, a selection index of the element is acquired according to the weight of the element corresponding to each selection point in the selection point set, and a target element selected by the sliding selection operation is acquired according to the selection index of each element.
