Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a partial sequence of a stably expressed reference gene SA-28S under treatment of Sitobion avenae Fabricius insecticides or antibiotics, a cloning method and application, belongs to the field of molecular biology, and particularly relates to Sitobion avenae Fabricius reference genes SA-HEL, SA-RPL14, SA-SA-RPL11 and SA-28S, and nucleotide sequences of the Sitobion avenae Fabricius reference genes SA-HEL, SA-RPL14, SA-SA-RPL11 and SA-28S are respectively shown as SEQ ID No. 1, SEQ ID No. 6, SEQ ID No. 11 and SEQ ID No. 16.
