Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a polyvinyl alcohol sponge with an ordered porous structure prepared on the basis of a 3D printing template and an application thereof. When the sponge with ordered micro-channels makes contact with blood, the sponge can rapidly guide and absorb the blood, and a large number of regularly-arranged red blood cells are gathered in the micro-porous structure at the bottom of the sponge. The sponge prepared by combining structured ordered micro-channels and disordered holes greatly shortens the blood coagulation time and improves the hemostasis efficiency. The used raw materials have excellent biocompatibility, and potential biological safety and side effects are eliminated in the clinical use process. The used raw materials have excellent blood compatibility, do not cause hemolytic reaction and do not affect endogenous and exogenous blood coagulation pathways.
