The brake control module is usedfor generating a brake control signal according to a vehicle brake instruction received from a train management system of the railway vehicle, performing closed-loop control according to the brake control signal to obtain a brake control feedback signal, adjusting the brake control signal according to the brake control feedback signal, and outputting the adjusted brake control signal to a hydraulic electromagnetic valve group and a hydraulic proportional valve group of the railway vehicle, so that the railway vehicle is braked; and the power supply conversion module is used for converting original 110V voltage output by a direct-current power supply on the railway vehicle into 24V power voltage for supplying power to the electromagnetic valve and the proportional valve.
