The invention discloses a device and device for progressive impact hydraulic forming of a multi-way pipe. The device comprises a base and a die arranged on the base; the die is provided with a group of radial punches and a group of axial punches; and the radial punches and the axial punches extend into a die cavity of the die. The device is low in cost, good in applicability and capable of improving the forming limit and the forming quality of the pipe, especially the forming quality of the multi-way pipe with the characteristics of small fillets and small bosses.
